  • Public parking and a trolley stop at the bottom of the hill are available for access to area attractions for a fee of $0.50.

  • Guest making reservation must be 23 or older.
  • No house parties. Family groups only. Groups misrepresenting themselves may be required to vacate immediately without refund. Deposits may be refunded, rental refused, or occupancy discontinued if the tenant is deemed detrimental to the property.
  • Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings.
  • No fireworks of any kind allowed.
  • No pets allowed (resort policy).
  • No smoking inside condo. Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking is detected in the property.
  • Trailers and car hauler parking is prohibited; alternative arrangements may be coordinated through property management.
  • Units are for residential purposes only; no animals or other uses permitted.
  • Tenant must observe all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the property.
  • No acts that increase insurance rates or cause cancellation of insurance are permitted.

Cancellation and Deposit/Refund Policy

  • Cancel more than 14 days before arrival: full refund.
  • Cancel 14 days or less before arrival: 100% rental fee forfeited.
  • All cancellations must be made by phone (call 855-44-SWEET); no online cancellations.
  • The company may cancel the booking for any reason. In that case, all money paid to the owner is refunded. The company is not liable for other costs incurred.
  • The company is not liable for losses or delays due to fire, flood, terrorism, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, technical/transport/weather problems, or any event beyond their control.
